About Ryan Clark

Staying fit has been a focal point in my life since my youth. Playing sports and working out were everyday activities for me. When I was in seventh grade I used to take the bus to the local high school to lift weights and better myself as an athlete. Since then, I have been pretty consistent with my active lifestyle. But (and there is always a but), my workouts started to get boring. I knew that I needed to change things up. A few years ago I tried my first Beachbody P90X workout.Talk about intense, and invigorating. It was the workout that brought me back to my fitness plan.

Fitness is not just about working out for me. I realized that I want to be the best person I can be in body and mind. These things include my workout regime, but also include leading a healthy nutritious meal plan and taking time for meditation and exploring the world that is waiting at our fingertips. I gain a lot of insight into myself and how to be a better person through experiencing others in their culture.

Within a short time of following the program and strict nutrition plans, I am already seeing results.Since then I have tried the P90X3, 21 day fix extreme, Master’s Hammer and Chisel, and Body Beast workouts. I love having access to all different Beachbody On Demand programs so I can change it up, not get bored, and avoid stagnant results. Now I embrace Beachbody P90X3 and incorporate Shakeology into my nutrition plan.

Being in the hospitality industry my whole life, I have always had the “spirit to serve” in my heart. I finally found my purpose allowing my “spirit to serve” shine through helping others surpass their goals. I know what it is like to feel lost without a purpose and not living to my full potential. My goal is to push others to find fulfillment in life and chase their dreams. It is extremely rewarding to see people grow with confidence in themselves from life changing transformations through hard work and dedication!

I am chasing my dreams by doing the following :

Disciplined Fitness Regime: Getting up at 5am each morning to do my personal development, and working towards being a stay at home father in the future and helping support our kids from home.

Cultural Awareness: By continuing to travel different parts of the world so my wife and I can continue learning about other cultures and being global citizens of the world. Our most recent trip we spent three weeks in Europe flying into London, and flying home from Barcelona. We backpacked around Europe, and thanks to our additional Beachbody income we were able to make this trip a reality.

Helping Others Achieve Their Goals and Dreams: Currently I am helping one of my fitness challengers surpass her 50 pound goal.  So far she has lost 55 pounds and 34 inches in six months.  I know that growing my business and chasing my dreams has a direct impact on the amount of lives that I can change.  If you want to join my next support group click here to sign up!

I continue to put forth my best effort to help others change their lives by:

  • Encouraging other coaches that join my team to find their “why” and to chase their dreams whether it be fitness related, making more income to travel, or working towards a full time income to spend more time with their kids.
  • Helping establish a regular workout routine for newcomers and bringing insight into healthy food choices.
  • Encouraging and guiding others in workout routines, for those who might be like I was, bored with the same old and needed to ‘shake things up’ a bit.
